Terms of Use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Alderquill Studio LLC ("we", "us") about using the RangeRise app. By downloading or using RangeRise, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Health and safety
If it hurts, stop. RangeRise is general fitness training. It isn't medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor, physical therapist or coach. Check with a doctor before you start, especially if you have an injury, a health condition, or are pregnant.
Stretching and kicking exercises carry a risk of injury. You choose whether and how to do each exercise and take part at your own risk. Results vary from person to person, and we don't promise any particular result.
2. Who can use RangeRise
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, use RangeRise only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Free session and purchases
Session 1 is free. To use the full program, you can choose:
- One-time purchase: one payment unlocks the full program for the Apple Account or Google Account you bought it with. It isn't a subscription.
- Monthly subscription: unlocks the full program while your subscription is active.
The app shows the price in your currency before you buy. Prices may change in the future, but a change never affects a purchase you've already made, and the App Store or Google Play tells you before a subscription price goes up.
4. Subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the next month within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings (see Support). If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
5. Refunds
Apple and Google process all payments, so refunds are handled by them under their policies. See Support for the links.
6. Your licence to use RangeRise
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use RangeRise on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer the app or its content, including its pictures and text.
If you got RangeRise from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If anything in these terms conflicts with it, the Apple agreement wins for App Store users. If you got RangeRise from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply to your purchase.
7. Changes to the app
We may update RangeRise, add or change exercises and features, or fix problems. We'll try to keep the app available, but we can't promise it will always work without interruption.
8. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent the law allows, RangeRise is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury that results from how you use the exercises. Our total liability for any claim about RangeRise is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live requires otherwise.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and if a change is significant we'll say so here. Using RangeRise after a change means you accept the updated terms.
