Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Alderquill Studio LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the RangeRise app and on alderquillstudio.com. Questions? Email [email protected].
The short version
- RangeRise has no accounts, no ads and no analytics.
- Your training progress is saved on your phone. We never receive it.
- Apple or Google handle payments. We use RevenueCat only to check what you've bought.
- We don't sell or share your information for advertising.
Information saved on your phone
RangeRise saves your progress (for example, which sessions you've done and where you are in a session) and your app settings in the app's storage on your phone. This information stays on your device. We can't see it, and deleting the app deletes it. Your phone's own backups (for example iCloud or Google backup) may include it, under Apple's or Google's terms.
Purchases
If you buy the full program, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) processes the payment. We don't receive your card details, name or address from them.
To unlock and restore your purchase, the app uses RevenueCat, Inc., a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives:
- a random ID that RevenueCat creates for your copy of the app (not your name or email);
- your RangeRise purchase records from Apple or Google, such as the product, price, date and store transaction ID;
- basic technical details such as your phone's operating system, app version, country or region, and the IP address used for the connection.
We use this only to give you access to what you bought, restore it on another phone and keep records of sales. RevenueCat processes it for us under its privacy policy.
What RangeRise doesn't collect
RangeRise doesn't ask for your name, email, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or health records, and it doesn't use your advertising ID. It doesn't track you across other apps or websites.
If you email us
If you contact us, we use your email address and message only to reply and to help you. We keep them for as long as we need to answer you and keep simple support records.
This website
alderquillstudio.com has no ads, no analytics and no sign-in. It's delivered by Cloudflare, which processes visitors' IP addresses and basic request details to deliver and protect the site, and may set strictly necessary security cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Children
RangeRise isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
Your choices and rights
Because your progress stays on your phone, you control it: deleting the app deletes it. To ask about, or ask us to delete, purchase records held for us by RevenueCat or emails you've sent us, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights over your personal information, and we'll respond as the law requires.
Changes
If we change how RangeRise handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
